Dear Colleagues,
Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 2 of the PDJS Articles of Association, the PDJS Management Board hereby convenes the General Meeting which will be held on 20 - 21 February 2010 starting at 2:00 pm on 20 February (Friday) in Conference Room 2, Grand Hotel Yantra, address: Veliko Tarnovo, 2 Opalchenska St, and will have the following agenda:
- Report on the activities of the PDJS for the period 2009 - February 2010.
- Discussion of the strategic directions for the development of the Association and of current and future projects of the PDJS.
- Miscellaneous.
We would like to remind you that the General Meeting is deemed legitimate and may take valid decisions if at least half of all Association members are present. If the necessary number of members fail to appear, the meeting of the General Meeting is postponed for an hour with the same agenda and it is deemed legitimate regardless of the number of members present.
