The Program for the Development of the Judicial System became part of the consortium For a Dialogue with the Administration together with PR and Media, Alpha Research, Economy Agency and Euro Projects Point. The Consortium won the public procurement procedure for Informing the General Public, Potential Beneficiaries and Beneficiaries of Operational Programme Administrative Capacity (OPAC) about the Purposes of the Programme, Possibilities for Funding and Benefits of Its Implementation to the Citizens and Businesses Related to the Effective Management of State Administration which was opened by the Ministry of State Administration and Administrative Reform.

The Program for the Development of the Judicial System implemented the part of the communication campaign which targeted specifically the representatives of the judiciary, i.e. courts, prosecutor’s offices and investigation services. The PDJS organized a national conference in Sofia and regional information days – in Veliko Turnovo, Plovdiv, Bourgas and Varna – to reach the representatives of the judiciary and inform them about the possibilities OPAC offered them to increase their qualification and capacity and improve their effective relations with the public. The information days were held in two stages, in March and May, and they aimed at presenting the procedures for submission of projects funded from the Structural Funds of the European Union and providing guidance on the process of preparation and filing of projects proposals. An explanation was made of the specific aspects when working with this new funding mechanism of the European Union and the conditions with which the proposals must comply.

The project is implemented with the financial support of Operational Programme Administrative Capacity co-funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund.
