The Information Center of the Lovech District Court was opened on 12 October 2009. It has been built with funding from the Program for the Development of the Judicial System implementing a judicial reform project with the support of the United States Agency for International Development and the German Marshall Fund.
he opening was attended by representatives of the Supreme Judicial Council and Administrative Heads from the region, as well as representatives of the funding organization, the Program for the Development of the Judicial System.
