Dear colleagues,
Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 2 of the Articles of Association, the PDJS Management Board hereby convenes the General Meeting on 26 January 20008 at 11:00 a.m. at the PDJS office at 54 Tsar Boris III Str., Sofia, with the following agenda:
- Adopt the report on the activities of the PDJS in 2007.
- Change in the Management Board.
- Discuss current and future projects of the PDJS.
- Accept new members of the Association.
- Miscellaneous.
We would like to remind you that a General Meeting is deemed legitimate and may take valid decisions if at least half of all Association members are present. If the number of members necessary for a quorum fail to attend, the General Meeting is postponed for one hour with the same agenda and it is deemed legitimate regardless of the number of members who attend it.
